What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you make a purchase with us we will need some information to process your order or issue personalised emails. This information helps us get your jewellery to you as quick as possible. When you register with us we will need your: Name, phone number, e-mail address and postal/billing address. Your personal information will stay with us and us alone and we ensure that the processing of your data will be done lawfully, fairly and transparently.
We will offer returns if we have grossly misdescribed, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We do our best to provide an accurate description and photographs of the jewellery/items. Dexy and Ness do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice of size made. Unfortunately, sale items & those that have been worn, resized or damaged cannot be returned.
Please ensure that you read all item descriptions and view all images carefully prior to making a purchase as antique and vintage jewellery all have some sort of wear from previous use. Please note that we use a Presidium gem tester to test stones we will advise on listing if a stone has been confirmed by a gemologist. If a return is accepted we only offer store credit or exchange on returned items unless items are grossly misrepresented which we can discuss and then a refund may be granted, any import duties/taxes paid will not be refunded. Store credit is valid for 1 year from issue date.
Please contact me via email within 3 days of item being received. Item must be returned within 7 days and in the same condition as it was when shipped with the original packaging. Please consider sending insured (return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility) as we will not be held responsible if item lost by the postal systems.
Please note any ring boxes pictured are not included in the sale and used for photographs only, we will send in a different box. Please also note that we use extra lighting and zoom on our pictures in order to show more detail and this can make the item appear a lot larger than it is. Once items are in the possession of the customer, Dexy and Ness do not provide warranty and take no responsibility for any wear & tear thereafter.
Dexy and Ness will offer layaway for items over $500 in which we require a 25% non refundable deposit to hold the item. Layaway is for a maximum two months in which you will make regular instalments. If you wish to cancel your layaway we will not refund the deposit and the remaining balance will be offered as store credit. We also offer PayPal Pay in 4 along with Afterpay option for Australian and New Zealand customers.
