Available we have a beautiful antique 18ct Buckle ring which contains woven hair of a loved one that this was commissioned for, I would assume its for V.J whose initials are engraved on the inside. The buckle signifies the sentimental bond that is shared between the person who gave the ring and the wearer.
Condition: Good antique condition for age, some areas of hair show some wear to weave. Due to woven hair this ring cannot be resized, due to width of band it will have a tighter fit than shown on the mandrel.
Hallmarks: Full English Hallmarks for 18ct with Date letter, Chester Assay. From what I can see date letter may be for 1915. Also Engraved with letters V.J which leads me to believe that this may be more of a sentimental piece.
