Available for purchase we have a 9ct Double Snake ring in rose gold with two star set rubies. Snake rings do not come around often so I was thrilled to finally find one.
Condition: This ring is good condition and shows signs of use on the gold and slightly misshaped, some wearing off of the scales. The eyes of the snakes are misshaped and different and on eye each appears to be flattened/missing, please zoom in on pictures to see eyes. There also appears to be some sort of sodder mark near the head of one of the snakes. There does appear to be evidence of a previous repair on the back of the ring and to one of the tails all visible under loupe. Stones have been tested on a gem tester as ruby but unable to confirm if natural or man made. Stones show some signs of use under a loupe but in good condition.
Size: Please see pictures for ring size on mandrel, please keep in mind that as ring is wide it may be a little tighter fit than usual.
Hallmarks: Hallmarks are not super clear but can make out a Flag, 9 and sheaf of Wheat this ring appears to be Australian due to the way the hallmarks are set out, due to this ring appears to be antique.
